Day-to-day property maintenance work
Day-to-day property maintenance work is co-ordinated by our management staff at Chetts Agents Ltd office. Work is estimated and carried out by our experience staff who are equipped with all type of tools and vehicles.
Once we have established the requirements for a particular job we will notify a relevant local operative with the skills required to attend. Property maintenance of this kind is usually carried out under a call out and a schedule of rates. We undertake all manner of work, much of it under schedules of dilapidation, fixed price tenders, schedule of works, Environmental Health Officer works, etc. We will also consider tenders for measured term maintenance contracts.
